Shipping and returns policy

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with details regarding your purchase. You will also receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when your order has been shipped. Registered clients can find order details in their SIGLA account. 

Your SIGLA jewellery will be dispatched within 1-2 working days after placing the order; we ship with our trusted partner FedEx. Orders are processed during business hours from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Please note that delivery is estimated from the time your order is shipped, not when it is placed. 

 

Shipment delivery times are as follows:

 

  • Italy: within 1-2 working days

  • Europe and USA within 2-5 working days

  • Rest of the world: within 3 – 7 working days

 

SIGLA is not responsible for unanticipated delays caused by third parties or unprecedented weather conditions beyond our control. If you have any issues with shipments, do not hesitate to contact us here.

***CUSTOMS DUTIES & IMPORT TAX***

Customers outside of the EU and internationally must be aware of and responsible for custom duties and import taxes upon entry into the country. 

 

Returns Policy

 

For any returns, please contact us here and include your order number in the message, and we will be happy to exchange or refund items returned within 14 days of delivery. Any returns received outside of this 14-day window will be refused.

All jewellery must be returned unused in the original packaging and with the original tags attached. We will not accept items returned in a used or damaged condition.

If these requirements are met, the refund will be processed within 15 days of receiving the returned items.

 

Return Instructions

 

Customers are responsible for return costs, but we would advise you to send any parcels with tracked shipping.

Please inform us in advance if you are returning any jewellery to ensure that we can also track the parcel from our end and ensure it arrives. SIGLA will not be responsible for damaged or lost goods during the return transit.

 

Faulty products 

 

If you believe a Product was delivered damaged or faulty or has developed a fault, you should inform us as soon as possible at info@sigla.studio, giving your name, address and order reference.

You have 30 days from the day of delivery or the day the order becomes available for collection at your nominated store or collection point to return a faulty item to us.
