Shipping policy

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. You will also receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when your order has been shipped. Registered clients can find order details in their SIGLA account. 

Your SIGLA jewellery will be dispatched from within 1-2 working days after placing the order; we ship from our Milan studio with our trusted partner DHL. Orders are processed during business hours from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Please note that delivery is estimated from the time your order is shipped, not when it is placed. 

Shipment delivery times are as follows:

• Italy: within 1-2 working days

• Europe and USA within 2-4 working days

• Rest of the world: within 3 – 5 working days
